Bathrooms
Village of Fairport
Modernization of a Fairport Bathroom with a curbless shower whose tile extended throughout the entire bathroom. New lights, vanity, a pantry/towel cabinet, a heated towel bar, a heated tile floor, and a rain shower head bring a modern sense of elegance in craftsmanship to this bathroom renovation.
Town of Brighton
Transformation of a previously outdated upstairs bathroom to a more contemporary design. Inside the shower, pebbles were chosen and hand-laid. An Exquisite marble tile was installed on the walls and heated floor of the bathroom.
Honeoye Falls- Lima
Custom tile patterns were created to provide a uniqueness to this shower. The Tile was installed with the vision of a waterfall effect as the octagon tile flows down the walls and extends out of the curbless shower. An extra-large rain shower head and heated tile floor provide an incomparable sense of calm and relaxation.
Kitchens
City of Rochester
All aspects of the importance of an open family space were considered during this Rochester kitchen remodel. The room was taken down to bare studs, and new electricity, plumbing, drywall, cabinetry and hardwood flooring were installed. The precision tiling in the backsplash and corner wall remarkably accents the kitchen cabinetry. The requested custom bench seat was a highly desirable feature for this client.
Penfield
This Penfield Kitchen underwent a complete overhaul, resulting in a more open-concept space. The removal of a separating wall and the addition of new cabinetry, countertops, light fixtures, LVT flooring, and a center island transformed the space into a chic and modern kitchen. The residual beam was wrapped in oak to add a touch of warmth and character to the design.
Honeoye Falls-Lima
Transformation of a galley kitchen into a larger, usable living space. Electric was rerouted, new lighting was installed, and extended the room and vaulted ceiling to create more open space. The white Quartz Countertops and the dual-toned cabinetry accentuate the precision tilework of the backsplash.

Decks
Honeoye Falls-Lima
Complete tear down of previous outdated and rotting deck. New deck construction with hardwired stair and post cap lights. A custom wide railing was built on one portion of the deck for the future placement of an outdoor bar.
Italy Valley
New construction of a covered 16’x32’ pressure-treated deck with custom knotty pine trim. Custom inlaid exterior lighting was installed in the ceiling of the covered deck area.
Exterior Siding
Pittsford
Replacement and installation of all windows was completed during this job. After replacing the windows, the wood siding was overhauled and replaced with Vinyl siding.
Tile
Bristol Harbor
This revamp of an outdated condo bathroom features deep gray shower wall tile, which provides a backdrop to the unique floor tile design. New lighting, vanity, toilet, and mirror accentuate the floor tile, making this bathroom feel larger and more spacious.
Basements
Brighton
Modern Luxury was the sole focus of this basement/bathroom remodel. The concrete slab floor was cut out to allow for the installation of drain lines to meet building codes. The area was reframed, dry-walled, and painted. The basement was reconstructed into a usable area featuring a sizeable Electric fireplace insert, new LVT flooring, and new lights. The basement bathroom was remodeled with the installation of tile, a new vanity, a Toto toilet system, and a custom Sauna Shower requiring the installation of a steam generator.
Henrietta
The basement was reconstructed into a living space with a basement bathroom. A room was built around the entry stairs to provide a more visually appealing space. The New LVT Flooring, drop ceiling, Electric fireplace insert, and the addition of a bathroom make this basement aesthetically pleasing without compromising comfort.
Restorations
School 31 Lofts
East Avenue Historical District of Rochester
The entrance area to this early 1900s school, transformed into Lofts, was completely reconstructed with the sole vision of historical restoration with a modern touch requiring the utmost skilled craftsmanship. Upon entry to the lobby, a wall was constructed, and picture frames were created to house moving pictures. In the Lobby, Trim-raised panels were custom-created out of red oak and stained to match the original panels' structure and color. A front desk was constructed with custom red oak trim, and a custom desktop was created out of oak slab wood. A raised film reel, which would illuminate, was created for placement below the front desk.
East Avenue Historical District of Rochester
Park Avenue Neighborhood Deck
The reconstruction of this deck with historically accurate plans was a hallmark project. The upper and lower decks were removed and reconstructed due to rotting and deterioration. Both decks were reframed, decking laid, and handrails installed, all while aiming to preserve historical accuracy in appearance.
Custom Woodwork
Kody Breese, Owner
Kody Breese is Breese Contracting’s custom woodworking professional. He has been woodworking for 11 years and takes pride in creating unique, handcrafted pieces that make every project stand out. Kody has crafted a beautiful cherry dinning room table with black epoxy river and walnut bird-wing style legs that can be dismantled for enjoying a family sit down dinner. He was commissioned to create a two-piece walnut butcher block counter top with cherry wood stripes for a kitchen. He has been hired to build a custom bar with a custom made oak bar top created out of oak slab wood, a custom red oak desktop, and other various individualized requests.
