Village of Fairport
Modernization of a Fairport Bathroom with a curbless shower whose tile extended throughout the entire bathroom. New lights, vanity, a pantry/towel cabinet, a heated towel bar, a heated tile floor, and a rain shower head bring a modern sense of elegance in craftsmanship to this bathroom renovation.
Town of Brighton
Transformation of a previously outdated upstairs bathroom to a more contemporary design. Inside the shower, pebbles were chosen and hand-laid. An Exquisite marble tile was installed on the walls and heated floor of the bathroom.
Honeoye Falls- Lima
Custom tile patterns were created to provide a uniqueness to this shower. The Tile was installed with the vision of a waterfall effect as the octagon tile flows down the walls and extends out of the curbless shower. An extra-large rain shower head and heated tile floor provide an incomparable sense of calm and relaxation.
Kitchens
City of Rochester
All aspects of the importance of an open family space were considered during this Rochester kitchen remodel. The room was taken down to bare studs, and new electricity, plumbing, drywall, cabinetry and hardwood flooring were installed. The precision tiling in the backsplash and corner wall remarkably accents the kitchen cabinetry. The requested custom bench seat was a highly desirable feature for this client.
Penfield
This Penfield Kitchen underwent a complete overhaul, resulting in a more open-concept space. The removal of a separating wall and the addition of new cabinetry, countertops, light fixtures, LVT flooring, and a center island transformed the space into a chic and modern kitchen. The residual beam was wrapped in oak to add a touch of warmth and character to the design.
